Eat more fruit, veggies, fish, legumes and nuts

THINGS you can do to make your diet more healthy:

  • Cut down on (or try to give up altogether) sugary drinks. Choose water or diluted fruit juices instead;
  • Eat at least five servings of fruit and vegetables every day.
  • If you are packing lunch boxes for your children to take to school , choose fresh fruit and vegetables over crisps and other fatty snacks
  • Boost your Omega-3 fats by including more fish, legumes and nuts in your diet. Omega oils are really good for you, and especially for your brain.
