ABOUT 3500 members of the South African Clothing and Textile Workers Union in Isithebe, northern KwaZulu-Natal, marched against non-compliance with a wage agreement, the union said yesterday.
"Many factories in this area pay wages far below the legal rate and the minimum living level," said Sactwu general secretary Andre Kriel.
