THE sale of short-mass cement bags in Port Elizabeth has been halted by the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications.
In a statement, the NRCS said it has served embargo notices on International Portland Cement cc and Ezamvelo Trading cc for allegedly "supplying bags of cement that were below the declared weight on the package of 50kg".
