Golden Arrows defender Joseph Henyekane has died.
Henyekane, is the younger brother of Free State Stars’ Richard.
Free State Stars posted a message on their website message offering their condolences.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the Henyekane family and the deceased’s friends at this difficult time."
The Henyekane brothers both burst onto the scenes at Arrows before moving on, Richard to Mamelodi Sundowns, and Joseph to Mpumalanga Black Aces.
The 30-year-old joined Wits briefly after his Aces stint, but never played for the club, and his last professional contract was at Roses United in Bloemfontein.
