Former Gauteng health MEC Qedani Mahlangu, who was MEC when more than a hundred mentally ill patients died because of a senseless decision to move them from a proper facility to dodgy NGOs, had the nerve to speak through lawyers this week instead of facing the music at the commission set up to probe her shenanigans.
