He said the day will start this morning when he prays for them during a special church service called "Bedroom Sunday" and then proceed to witness them having sex.
"The service will start at 10am where we will pray for people who are struggling to get it up because some of them are diabetic, have prostate cancer or they don't connect to each other because of a trust deficit.
"After the church services, at 1pm we will go to their respective homes with my camera crew and watch them for a short time making love and then leave them to finish their business," he said.
Mboro said he will first enter the couples' love nests and pray with them, watch them undress and leave when they are in the middle of it.
"I want to be able to witness this thing so that I can attest to their stories when they give testimonies.
"I don't want people to tell me that you prayed for me and now I can't get it up and just believe them without seeing that they have indeed healed. The plan here is to resurrect the spark in the couples' bedrooms. We are rebuilding weak marriages because in most cases it is bedroom issues that collapse marriages."
Holy sex: Mboro to pray for erections and watch congregants bonk
Incredible Happenings Ministries leader Paseka "Mboro" Motsoeneng is pulling the stunt of the biblical apostle Thomas on his patients.
Mboro said he is going to watch some of his congregants having sex in their bedrooms today to satisfy himself that his prayers to inject energy back into their limping manhoods were successful.
The couples are likely to be shown on Mboro's Facebook page eating the forbidden fruit.
He confirmed that he will visit his congregants' bedrooms and watch them exchanging low body blows.
"I'm not going to watch their entire sessions but only trials where they play with each other.
"I will leave when they start making love," he said.

Pastor Mboro must pay CRL Rights Commission's legal fees
Mboro said he spent the whole week preparing his crew for the programme and they were emotionally and psychologically ready to discharge their duties.
"These things don't affect me because I have done them before. I'm like a male gynaecologist with female patients. I'm used to this but you the media don't know. So I told my camera crew that they should just pretend to be watching a movie and they would be fine," he said.
Mboro's programme comes a few weeks after Soweto TV canned his attempt to show video footage of a couple he filmed with their hands in their private parts. He testified that they regained their libido after he prayed for them.
