Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane admits that his man management skills are being tested to the limit as the team has refocused their attention to domestic obligations.

Sundowns has a pool of 31 registered players who were drafted into a solid squad to compete in the CAF competition and the PSL.

Following their elimination from the CAF Champions League, the Brazilians' major goal will be reclaiming the Absa Premiership title.

Sundowns were knocked out by Wydad Casablanca of Morocco in the quarterfinals via penalties.

Mosimane has continually reshuffled his team to keep high profile players content.

"We have a number of players hanging around and when you don't give them a chance they become unhappy when they don't get game time," Mosimane said, after his side edged Platinum Stars 1-0 at the weekend.

"There are a few players who need support in terms of match fitness."

The Chloorkop-based outfit have nine points in the league after three wins and a loss.

The former Bafana Bafana coach will be aiming to find game time especially for the likes of Bangaly Soumahoro, Khama Billiat, Anthony Laffor, Asavela Mbekile, Yannick Zakri, Leonardo Castro and Anele Ngcongca.

In a tepid performance against Stars, Sundowns still collected maximum points in what was their first match since their elimination from the CAF tournament.

"You could see that we are coming from a shock. We were not really confident, we tried to keep the result rather than to perform," Mosimane said.

Zimbabwean attacker Billiat scored the only goal of the match in the first minute at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Sunday.
