The boss of Victory Sports Production said her tournament, dubbed "Gauteng Blockbuster", will be headlined by a vacant Gauteng welterweight championship between Tebogo Malose and Zenzile Ntanzi.
Malosem, of Bernie Pailman's stable, stopped Siyamcela Mntwana in two rounds in June while Ntanzi - Lehlohonolo Ledwada's charge - last fought in July when he was stopped in two rounds by Thulani Mbenge.
Winlock has featured five boxers from around the area, including Enslin Booysens.
Winlock said she was on a mission to restore Don Mateman Hall as the pride venue for boxing in Eldorado Park.
