Budler tackles Joey Canoy from the Philippines for the vacant IBO junior flyweight championship, while Lerena will take on Vikapita Meroro from Namibia over 10 rounds in the cruiserweight class.
These bouts will form part of the Thunder and Lightning bill to be staged by Golden Gloves at Emperors Palace tomorrow.
Budler lost his belt in his first defence. However, after moving up to junior-flyweight in October, he has out-scored Siyabonga Siyo to claim the vacant WBA Pan African junior flyweight title. Budler is already rated No 4 and 5 by the WBA and WBC, respectively.
Meanwhile, Lerena's consistency has earned him the No 11 position in the WBC, 13th in the WBA rankings and fifth by the WBO. Lerena has 16 wins against a loss.
Meanwhile, recently crowned ABU welterweight champion Thulani "Tulz" Mbenge will take on Ntuthuko Memela over eight rounds, while Ryno "The Lion" Liebenberg confronts German Enicko Koelling over 10 rounds in the light heavyweight class.
