AMAJIMBOS head coach Molefi Ntseki has turned to striker Themba Ndzimande for goals in their African Youth Championships second-leg qualifier against Tanzania at Dobsonville Stadium on Saturday.

The SuperSport United goal poacher is one of the two players who did not feature in the first leg in Dar-es-Salaam two weeks ago when SA fluffed a dozen of scoring opportunities.

Ntseki is upbeat, however, that they will get a positive result this time round to qualify for the second round of the under-17 qualifiers.

"We could easily have come away from Tanzania with a win but we wasted some glorious chances. I'm positive we will finish off the job on Saturday," Ntseki said.

"I'm happy with the team that we have selected. The youngsters are fired up to make the country proud. We are still on track to qualify for the finals."

A victory for Amajimbos will see them meeting the winner between Congo and Egypt, who are playing their return match in Brazzaville on Sunday.

Egypt won the first leg 1-0.

The SA Team is:

GOALKEEPERS - Mondli Mpoto (SS United Academy), Sanele Tshabalala (Kaizer Chiefs)

DEFENDERS - Simon Nqoi, Katlego Mohamme, Tshepiso Mahlangu (all from SS United), Notha Ngcobo (Mamelodi Sundowns), Gregory Cupido (Diambars Academy), Thendo Mukumela (Safa Limpopo)

MIDFIELDERS - Athenkosi Dladla, Nelson Maluleke (both from SuperSport Academy), Sibongakonke Mbatha (School of Excellence), Felix Noge, Vuyo Mantjie (all from Harmony Academy);

FORWARDS - Luvuyo Mkhatshana, Themba Ndzimande (both from Bidvest Wits), Kanyiso Mayo (Safa Eastern Cape) and Edwin Sekhwama (School of Excellence).
