Celeb-inspired hangover remedies to get rid of your phuza face

Ah, the dreaded Monday morning hangover. If you had a weekend where you were partying up a storm or just have a love to imbibe you will most likely wake-up to hate yourself on Monday morning.

Well, put away those shades and take it easy with those headache pills because some of your favourite celebs have the perfect hangover remedies. From Chinese food, yoga to milkshakes, here are some fun ways to make sure you survive work after a night out.

All you need is a trash can

When it comes to partying up a storm, Rihanna will most likely make the top of the list for outrageous nights out. But how does she bounce back the next morning? Rihanna told Elle magazine that on her list of demands she needs a little ice to cool down and chows down on Chinese food. Rihanna also strangely requests that a trash can be left for her with a towel near the toilet. She has also been cited as one of many celebs who opt for IV drips.

Zoe Saldana often opts for something a little on the unconventional side. The of Guardians of the Galaxy star told US Weekly that before she goes to bed after drinking, she runs herself a warm bath in which she adds Epsom salts to soak herself in for up to 15 minutes.

Who better to give us the skinny on hangovers than Kocktails with Khlow host, Khloe Kardashian? The show might be over but People revealed Kardashian's go-to remedy, as revealed on her app, is yoga. Kardashians stands by child's pose which she explains can stimulate the circulation of lymph — fluids in your body that can help remove toxins.

Pharrell Williams continues to be a natural wonder that just won't seem to age, which is probably best attributed to his recovery from a fun night out. Huffington Post cited not only Williams but former wild child Miley Cyrus who have recommended you guzzle down sports drinks which help with electrolytes in your body.
