Communities must take responsibility for actions

The decision by Panyaza Lesufi not to rebuild the schools which have been burnt down intentionally by community members, controversial as it is, must be applauded.

It will send the right message that anarchy and criminality must not be condoned in a democratic country like ours.

How do you vandalise and burn schools and libraries because you demand some other services?
