Caster, Babes Wodumo deserve to be saluted

Allow me to voice my view on the debacle of Caster Semenya and the latest incident of Babes Wodumo.

Caster is dominating her competitions and being an African makes her more triumphant because the odds are stacked against her.

And since they were no match for her on the field, the people in the sporting world, in particular the International Association of Athletic Federations (IAAF), came out and questioned her being.

I am not surprised the IAAF council is a group of old European men. It makes me horrified to think Caster's lot will be in their hands, and I hope that the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland ensures that sanity prevails, and that our great Caster can continue to compete and dominate.

The next issue at hand is Babes Wodumo, another talented young woman, who was seriously beaten up by a bully and woman basher. The issue is one of power - and now the strong man is running away. I salute Babes for taking a stance against the bully and woman basher.

To you, Mandla "Mampintsha" Maphumulo, what you have done was not done in my name as a fellow man, and shame on you and the boys club at the IAAF.

Strength to Caster and Babes!
