Change outdated ways of managing the country

The government must change outdated ways of managing the country. Here are some pointers to consider:

Z83: the application form for state jobs should be available online. Why hire people to sift through piles of paper?

Stop using police stations to "certify" certificates. Documents of short-listed candidates should be verified with educational institutions. Police must do policing. We have far too much crime.

Reduce the number of ministries, provinces and envoys abroad.

Elderly women cleaning hospitals with dirty mops will never get it right. Give them their pensions and use machines, and a few young people to clean the rest.

Stop traffic police from hiding under bridges and behind bushes, and get them to do real police work on our roads. In addition, use more CCTV cameras to monitor crime and traffic on the roads.

This is 2018. If we don't move now, chances of catching up are slim!
