A nation which fails to protect its vulnerable citizens, especially children, is unsafe. Not a day goes by without reports of children being murdered, raped and abused.
What kind of a nation are we that kills its future leaders? We need to change. We must understand that our children need us all the times. They must be protected and educated about how unsafe our country has become.
It is understandable that some parents don't spend most of their time with their children. Therefore, they should ensure that their children are taken care of by some trustworthy individual.
Parents should also know and ensure that the place their children play in is safe.
