The R81  in Limpopo was temporarily closed at Sekgopo village on Friday after an accident involving a bus and a truck carrying crates of bottles.

The crash happened next to USave Grocery Store, according to the Limpopo transport department.

The 61-seater bus was transporting 16 passengers.

"Details of injuries will follow as soon as the scene is cleared," the department said.
