Five-year-old girl's body found‚ Cape Town police confirm

The body of a missing five-year-old girl has been found in Nomzamo‚ Cape Town‚ police confirmed on Monday.

The girl was reported missing on Saturday evening.

Spokesperson FC van Wyk said police were investigating a case of murder. “A post-mortem will be conducted today.”

The girl’s body was identified on Sunday evening. At the time of her disappearance she had reportedly been wearing pyjamas.
