Struggle stalwart Peter-Paul Nqwenya‚ accused of breaching a restraining order brought against him by his business partner Fani Titi‚ appeared briefly in the Randburg Magistrates Court on Monday and the matter was postponed to Tuesday next week.

The Sunday Times reported that the businessmen are embroiled in a messy fight over R54-million allegedly owed to Ngwenya by Titi after a business deal deteriorated.

The businessmen have lucrative stakes in radio stations such as Gagasi FM and Heart FM.

Ngwenya was accused of allegedly intimidating and using racial slurs against Titi.

Titi also approached the court‚ filing a case against Ngwenya for defamation of character. – TMG Digital
