South Africans turned off by state issued noisy condoms

Noisy state issued condoms were ruining the moment for many South Africans‚ Parliament heard.

Answering questions in the National Assembly‚ Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa said that the old government issued condoms “did not smell so well and made a noise whenever it was used“.

Ramaphosa said people had complained that the condoms issued by the Department of Health made a noise.

But the new government brand condoms called Max condoms‚ will stimulate senses other than hearing.

The new condoms were scientifically designed for “maximum pleasure and maximum protection” Ramaphosa said.

“And it doesn’t make a noise“.

Waving the packs around‚ he said they were available in various fruit flavours.

“If you want a grape flavour‚ you can get a grape flavour‚ if you want an apple flavour‚ you can get an apple flavour‚” he said‚
