A woman succumbed to her multiple fatal injuries on the scene of a shooting at a home in Sonneglans‚ Randburg‚ on Thursday afternoon.
Two men were wounded in the shooting at the residence on Witdoring Road. When ER24 paramedics arrived‚ they found the one man in a critical condition and the other seriously injured.
They provided both patients with advanced life support interventions.
“Once treated‚ both patients were transported to nearby hospitals for urgent treatment.
“Unfortunately‚ upon arrival at hospital‚ the critically injured patient succumbed to his injuries. He was later declared dead at hospital.
“The details surrounding the incident are not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.”
A local newspaper indicated it may have been a robbery gone wrong‚ and said two of the victims were a husband and wife.
