Three aborted foetuses were found in black plastic bags in two separate locations in Hillbrow on Thursday, police said.
"The first baby boy was found wrapped in a plastic bag in a dustbin at the corner of Zarran court," Sergeant Mbubuzi Zondo said
He said twins, a boy and a girl, were also discovered.
"We found the boy and girl babies wrapped in a black plastic bag on top of a garage roof at Vickers flats," he said.
