Valentine’s Day‚ celebrated on February 14‚ will see Robben Island transformed from a former political prison into a romantic rendevouz as couples from all over the world tie the knot in a mass marriage ceremony.
Hosted by the Department of Home Affairs in partnership with the Robben Island Museum‚ the ceremony has become an annual event since it was first held in 2000.
