Revered comedian Shonisani "Ashifashabba" Muleya took back the lobola he paid for his wife Vhonani Neluvhalani.
This follows their acrimonious break up after less than two years of marriage.
Sunday World learnt Neluvhalani, who tied the knot with the former YFM and Capricorn FM DJ in 2011, vacated their matrimonial home in Polokwane at the end of 2012, after allegedly rejecting his instructions to farm out their daughter to his grandmother.
Neluvhalani, a law lecturer at Unisa, confirmed they had separated and that Muleya had taken back the lobola he paid for her.
