Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has cancelled his travel plans for the rest of the year for health reasons, his foundation said on Tuesday.
"[Tutu] has cancelled his travel plans... as he embarks on a new course of medication to manage the prostate cancer he's been living with for the past 15 years," the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation said in a statement.
Tutu's daughter said he would no longer attend the Nobel Peace Laureates Summit in Rome this week.
