Colombian popstar Shakira and her partner, Barcelona defender Gerard Pique, are expecting their second child, the singer told the Mexican edition of Cosmopolitan magazine, excerpts of which were released Thursday.
"Yes, the truth is I am pregnant," Shakira said in an interview being published in Cosmopolitan's September edition.
Shakira, 37, and Pique, 10 years her junior and a world champion with Spain, met in 2010 and had their first son, Milan, in January 2013.
The singer did not say when her baby is due.
