Reports say that his appeal took place on Thursday at the South Gauteng High Court.
Brickz whose real name is Sipho Charles Ndlovu appeared at the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court yesterday, while his lawyers represented him in the High Court.
The condition of his bail is that he must not interfere with state witnesses
Brickz is charged with the rape of a 17-year-old girl.
He was previously denied bail.
