A man who raped his girlfriend's daughter has been sentenced to life in prison by the Thohoyandou Magistrate's Court, Limpopo police said on Monday.
Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi said 21-year-old Tshimangadzo Magoda was sentenced on Thursday.
He raped the six-year-old girl in April 2011 to avenge himself, as he thought the girl's mother was cheating on him, Mulaudzi said.
