Gays to march in Soweto
THE Johannesburg Forum for the Empowerment of Women hosts the seventh annual Soweto Gay Pride March tomorrow.
It seeks to raise awareness about Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transexual and Intersexual issues, programme coordinator Phindi Malaza, said this week.
Malaza said the march - which will start at 10am at the corner of Elias Motsoeledi and Phuthi Streets and end at the Credo Mutwa Cultural Village in White City Jabavu - is expected to be attended by more than 300 people.
