WHO GETS SCHOOL FEES EXEMPTION

PARENTS might be exempted from paying school fees depending on their income.

PARENTS might be exempted from paying school fees depending on their income.

The categories for the purpose of exemption are as follows:

l If the combined annual gross income of the parents is less than 10 times the annual school fees of a pupil, the parent qualifies for full exemption;

l If the combined annual gross income of the parents is less than 30 times but more than 10 times the annual school fees for a pupil, the parents qualify for partial exemption.

Parents must apply in writing to the school governing body.
