Southern Sun Hotels spokesperson Priya Govender said: "All Southern Sun Hotels, from the Vaal to Witbank, have been fully booked out.
"We have mostly Dutch fans and then a whole mix of other people. We expect people to spend a day or two after the World Cup final but by Wednesday they will be gone.
"We also expect that people will be return visitors. Fans see South Africa as being great in terms of value for money," Govender said.
Protea Hotels are also full.
The World Cup final will be played at Soccer City stadium between The Netherlands and Spain on Sunday.
This is The Netherlands' ninth World Cup appearance and their first final since 1978. Spain are in their 13th appearance and when they play The Netherlands on either of them will be a first-time champion.
About 1300 more Dutch fans are expected in the country this weekend.
Dutch carrier KLM's website was quoting a ß4000 (R38400) ticket leaving today and returning on Tuesday, but seats were available for about ß1 450 (R13900) for a longer stay.
KLM said it would add four flights offering a total of 1300 seats to Johannesburg, three from Amsterdam and one from Paris.
KLM partner Air France already operates an Airbus A380 superjumbo daily from Paris to Johannesburg and could bring in another 250-seat Boeing 777-200.
Figures from the Department of Home Affairs indicate that, since the start of the World Cup 13800 Netherlands tourists have arrived in the country.
