Lieutenant-Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela said two men, aged 20, and an 18-year-old boy had an argument at about 6pm.
"One of the 20-year-olds was stabbed and certified dead on the scene," he said.
"The (other) two ran away but were arrested at about 8pm and charged with murder."
They were expected to appear in the Engcobo magistrate's court this morning, Fatyela said. - Sapa
