Civil servants must be forced to account for their lack of action. Service delivery must also be seen to be happening on the ground.
Most importantly, the millions of people living with HIV must be taken care of in terms of treatment, care and support.
As we speak, our struggle for life has been silently infiltrated and sabotaged over a period of time.
It almost seems as if HIV and infected individuals have been obliterated from the face of this earth.
We cannot afford to be complacent because the re-emergence of this ever-present threat remains present with every passing second.
As we speak, hundreds of people continue to die as a consequence of opportunistic infections when HIV should be a manageable disease like diabetes, and so on.
Our infected spirits are inflated and let them remain at that level forever.
