Her memorial service starts at 10am. Another service is scheduled for the Durban Playhouse tomorrow. The trail-blazing singer lost her long battle with cancer last Thursday. President Jacob Zuma and Lulu Xingwana, the arts minister, will attend.
Legends Letta Mbulu, Caiphus Semenya, Thandi Klassen, Abigail Kubeka, Judith Sephuma, Hugh Masekela, Siphokazi, Thandiswa Mazwai, Theo Kgosinkwe, Nhlanhla Nciza and Ringo Madlingozi will perform Mhlongo's songs.
Members of the public can attend the service on Saturday at Durban City Hall at 9am. Mhlongo will be buried in Durban.
