The former IBF champion has 47 wins (31 KOs), 11 defeats and two draws, while Mwelase, who still has to fight credible opponents, is undefeated after 14 victories (12 KOs).
Ndou is trained by Harold Volbrecht when fighting in South Africa, while Mwelase is guided by Johnny du Plooy.
Mwelase and Ndou have been inactive for a while, with the former having last fought in August when he won the WBF junior middleweight belt against Attila Kovacs.
Ndou, on the other hand, last donned boxing gloves in November when he defended the IBO title against Matthew Hatton in the UK.
He won the title in July last year after his emphatic win over Phillip "Time Bomb" Ndou.
Time is rapidly running out for Lovemore and Mwelase, but mostly for the latter who, at 27, has yet to achieve his full potential.
