The Coalition of Supporters' Union of Africa (Cosua), has been to mobilise support for the "Six Pack" of African team taking part in the World Cup - South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Algeria.
Cosua have joined former President Nelson Mandela in urging South Africans to rally behind Bafana Bafana as they face France in an all-or-nothing encounter in Bloemfontein tomorrow.
Ghanaian fan Anthony Nyanyeke said they will join the Bafana Bafana Fan Club in Bloemfontein to stage an 'all-out vuvuzela battle' in support of Aaron Mokoena and his team-mates.
"We want to see Bafana Bafana in the second round. We will also support Nigeria, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Cameroon," he said.
Bafana Bafana Fan Club co-founder Dr Nikolaus Erbel said they were highly impressed by the support for the national team.
Led by Freddy "Saddam" Maake, the fans showed their support for the team by attending the team's training session on Saturday.
"We remain loyal to Bafana Bafana and are still confident they will qualify for the knockout stages," said another popular fan, Johannes "Mzion" Mofokeng.
South African Football Supporters Association's executive director Siyabulela Makunga said Safa has made arrangements for Cosua members to travel to Bloemfontein for the match against France.
