SOCCER fans and tourists will take home a range of souvenirs made from our flag.

Apart from the obvious souvenirs, the visitors can take home a Zakumi, key rings for most countries participating in the World Cup as well as decorative side lamps.

Rainbow Mojo is making dresses, hoodies and sweaters in South African flag colours. R5 from every sale will be donated to Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa.

The souvenirs will range from the simple and sentimental to the glamorous. A Jewellery chain shop is selling cufflinks, a boot and a ball for R998.

A replica diamond encrusted soccer ball is selling for R8000. The proceeds from this ball will also go to charity.

Bikers can purchase helmets in a variety of national flag colours.

The African Craft Market in Rosebank is also planning to wow the guests. The market has everything from wallpaper, tea towels to lanyards.

"We've got lots of things, if you are here you will be confused on what to take," Victoria Nkwanyana of the Craft Market said.
