Simba is currently preparing for a six-rounder against Zimbabwean Elvis Moyo at Emperors Palace in Ekurhuleni on June 19.
"I have no doubt that my charge will beat Moyo," said Volbrecht, the accomplished mentor who has produced many world champions, including WBO heavyweight holder Corrie Sanders.
Mitchell, who manages Simba, is fast-tracking his charge to be a complete fighter. The Simba-Moyo showdown forms part of the Blockbuster bill put together by promoter Rodney Berman's Golden Gloves Promotions.
Simba had six bouts as an amateur fighter but his growth has been impressive since he turned professional on October 31 last year.
His victims so far include Stephen Castle and Wiseman Dlomo.
