The 25-year-old socialite - who is married to basketball star Lamar Odom - laughed off speculation that the couple are expecting their first child together, but admits she is hoping to start a family soon.
She said: "I'm not pregnant, just fat! I don't know if I'll definitely be pregnant this summer, but you never know. I'm 25, healthy and married, so whenever it happens, it happens. It's up to the gods."
The Keeping Up with the Kardashian's star is currently working on improving her fitness so that if she does have a baby, she will find it easier to get back into shape afterwards.
She added to Life and Style magazine: "I'm trying to get my body into tip-top shape because they say that after you have a baby, your body bounces back to how it was right before you were pregnant. I pray I'll be a fit pregnant woman, but I'll do what's best for the child."
Meanwhile, Kardashian's stepfather, Bruce Jenner, has spoken about the brunette and her husband, admitting he thinks Lamar - who has two children from a previous relationship - is more "ready" to start a family.
He said: "Lamar's probably more ready for kids than Khloe is. He lost his mom when he was 13 and had a tough upbringing. This is really the first time that he's had a big family, and I think he's enjoying it." - Bang
