Foreigners look after their own personnel

THE MBA is only accessible to the rich or those who are sponsored by companies.

Specialised business courses have been privatised or made hard to access in this country. Foreign firms doing business with the government will continue to send their own executives to take up positions ahead of South Africans.

Their excuse: there are no skilled leaders and administrators in South Africa and Africa. Many of the people who managed 2010 construction projects came from developed countries, while South Africans did the general work.

In fact, most, if not all foreign firms in Africa, send their own people to run their projects.

Someone must do something.
