Reports said the Rustenburg farmer laid a charge that Malema's singing of the song Dubuli bhunu incited ANCYL supporters to commit genocide against farmers.
The farmer was said to have left the country after he had laid a charge last week.
"We are forever aware of attempts to divert us from our main political programmes by right-wing elements that use the courts to lodge ludicrous complaints," the ANCYL spokesperson Floyd Shivambu said.
He said people who committed genocide were Afrikaners who had killed freedom fighters and innocent people to protect the apartheid regime.
He said the ANCYL had not received correspondence on the charge against Malema.
"We are more than sure that the ICC will never entertain some Afrikaner's stupidity and insecurities."
