PLEASE, could someone inform the public how our national flag is supposed to be hung?

Some people have been hanging our flag upside down .

People who don't know how to hang our national colours must remember that red is always at the top and not the bottom. Motorists, please note that on your side-mirror, the colour red must be on top.

I think the government should educate South Africans about the national flag and what it represents.

These colours mean a lot to citizens who know what it is about and we have to teach our young lost generation how to respect it because they haven't a clue what the colours mean.

Thanks to those who fly the flag but let's not fly it only because of the World Cup.

Keep flying it afterwards too.
