Mabe addressed a media briefing after a meeting with members of the Hartbeespoort Inhabitants Forum and other structures in a bid to find inclusive solutions.
The municipality is under an administrator in terms of section 139 (b) of the Constitution. It is now one of the worst performers in the province. - Chris More
