He always claimed that that was his greatest moment, which propelled him to a good life. He used this step to uplift the community he lived in.
Moloi was born on August 13 1965, the first of Douglas and Puleng Moloi's five children. He pursued an ambitious business life and was chairperson of many Soweto business forums.
Moloi was president of the South African Young entrepreneurs Network from 2002 to 2003; chief coordinator of Gauteng Youth Economic Business Forum from 1999 to 2004; general secretary of the Soweto Junior Business Executive Council from 2002 to 2003; and chairperson of the Soweto Business Executive Chamber from 2003 until his death.
Moloi was also the convener of the Greater Soweto Business Forum. At the time of his death he was ward economic adviser. He held a number of partnerships in Zenani Leisure Holdings, Haraepha Building and Civil Construction and Ndyangu cleaning and Security Services.
Moloi was married to Sonto and had two sons, Siyabonga and Tumelo, and a daughter Lerato.
He was an active fundraiser for the Orlando Children's Home and chaired several youth movements in his church.
He will be buried tomorrow at 11am at Avalon Cemetery. The service will be held at the NG Kerk Emmanuel Centre in Orlando East at 8am.
