EMERGING black companies, especially in construction, are being sabotaged by white consultants hired by municipalities.

Some of these white consultants are so bitter about Black Economic Empowerment that they are sabotaging to prove that blacks cannot make it.

I welcome the planned Indaba on Human Settlement to deal with the unscrupulous contractors who do not deliver and, or build poor quality houses.

But the government must protect those who deliver against the brutality of the white consultants.

Some of these white consultants will unfairly impose penalties on us, delay our payments and disapprove our work.
