Two projects in Kagiso are taking forever to complete . The first is the Chief Mogale Integrated Housing Development.

The R20million contract was given to Mivami Construction and was supposed to have been completed on April 28, 2009. But not a single wall has been built yet.

The second project is the magistrate's court and police station. The police station is ready and operating, but the court's construction has stopped.

Something is amiss yet this does not raise the ire of the community or any political party. What's going on in Kagiso?
