The Clever Boys welcome back Calvin Kadi, Tefu Mashamaite, Patrick Phungwayo and Houston Hills from suspension for the Nedbank Cup final against AmaZulu.
Mogotsi said: "It's good that 99,9percent of our players are back after missing the quarterfinal and semifinal matches. We are looking forward to an exciting final."
Wits booked themselves a place in the final after eliminating Free State Stars in Potchefstroom, while Usuthu defeated Mamelodi Sundowns in Durban.
Wits last won a title in the 1995 Coca-Cola Cup when they beat Orlando Pirates.
"AmaZulu are a good side but the title will remain in Gauteng," Mogotsi said.
Vice-captain Mashamaite said: "An added bonus is that the winners will qualify to represent SA at the 2011 African Confederations Cup."
Saturday's winners will pocket R6million. The runners-up will get R2,5million.
Usuthu will be reinforced by the return of Mark van Heerden, but Warren Bishop and Thabo Mabaso will miss the final.
