SINENZUZO Primary School of KwaZulu-Natal is ready to make the country proud at the Danone Nations Cup World Finals billed for Orlando Stadium in October.

"We are ready to face schools from around the world. They are coming here to South Africa and we should take full advantage of our own turf to overcome our opponents from outside the country," said the school's coach, Nkululeo Mncwabe.

"We are not going into this tournament to add to the numbers but to compete for the trophy.

"I am confident my players will deliver. They did a sterling job to reach this stage of the competition."

Sinenzuzo qualified for the world event after beating Sada Primary School 2-0 in the national final at Eldorado Park Stadium at the weekend, which thrilled fans.

The event will be attended by French legend Zinedine Zidane, the event's ambassador. - Meshack Khotha
