The Two Can Play That Game singer - who was wed to Whitney Houston for 15 years until 2007 - proposed to girlfriend Alicia Etheridge on stage in Jacksonville, Florida, on Friday.
After Etheridge and their 11-month-old son Cassius walked out on stage while he was performing at Funk Fest, the My Prerogative star got down on one knee to pop the question.
The audience cheered as the couple shared a kiss after Etheridge, who is Brown's manager, said yes and accepted his diamond engagement ring.
Fan Carol Pearsall said: "We shouted, we screamed. We supported him."
Her husband Bob said: "Hopefully, he'll get it right this time."
Brown - who has been dating Etheridge for three years - has a 17-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina with Houston, as well as three other children from previous relationships. - Bang
