Even with their season long lost, Lions coach Dick Muir has kept changes to a minimum with Franco van der Merwe and Gert Muller back in the playing XV.
"We missed Franco last week for his work rate and presence in the line-outs," Muir said.
"(The Blues) are a very good side in open play so we have to be on our toes. We can't afford to give them any go-forward or concede any silly penalties."
