SOCCER boss and businessman Jomo Sono's company, Safesky Africa Technology, has entered a team of two riders to compete in one of the categories of the World Superbike Championship this weekend.

Sono said the riders are Lance Isaacs and Ronan Quarby.

The duo will be in action in the SuperSport World Championship at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit on Saturday and Sunday.

"Safesky Africa is quite honoured to make it possible for Lance and Ronan to participate in Kyalami this weekend. For us it is part of the social responsibility programme and it is proper to get involved in this event because we are a tracking company for motorbikes," Sono said.

There will be free practice and qualifying tomorrow and on Saturday for World Superbikes, World Supersport and local Superbike and Supersport Championship races.

The first race on Sunday is for local superbikes. This 12-lap race will be followed by the first of the two World Superbike races over 24 laps at noon , and the second at 3.30pm. In the break there will be World Supersport and local Supersport races.
